just hold on to what you think will do good for you...i really don't understand your problem....on why you lose your family, friends and salary...but nevertheless i'll say that maybe you have a good reason why you give up everything in your life in favor of your country...or could it be that you have no choice at all? anyways, I trust that you're old enough to decide what is best for you...challenges and trials do come in our lives but it is how we handle it that matters...you can do it...God Bless!!!

Money is important but isn't enough to bring joy, sure money has many uses, but if we spend all are time consumed in the pursuit of it than we become trapped in the cycle of greed, you know how they catch monkeys in Thailand, they put a fruit in a heavy wooden box, when the monkey puts its...hand?, in it and grabs the fruit the person comes to get it, the monkey is so greedy that it won't let go of the fruit thus there hand is caught and so are they, the point is that if you only live to serve the greed than you can't be free, and people who are truly not free are unhappy people, a suggestion, ask them to cut back on hours if you are making that much to do all that you say, then cutting back some hours will give you more time for leisure and connecting those family ties, also sounds if you heap allot of other stresses, car, house, gadgets, you shouldn't be jumping in that just yet. check out www.ajb.dni.us and see if there are any jobs in your country by looking in the jobs outside the U.S. ,another good web-site is militaryhire.com search for jobs outside the U.S.A. and maybe you can even get closer to your family. But cut back is the key, WELCOME TO CAPITALISM.

The solution is for you not to take things too seriously. First of all its just a job. Don't let it run or ruin your life. Weigh the benefits and disadvantages of the job and if the good outweighs the bad or vise versa, then you know the course of action you need to take. If it brings more good and you can live with the bad, then stay. If the bad outweighs the good - then leave and look of another job with almost the same perks but with better working environments. Its rare to find an ideal job. Bottom line, if you love your job, nothing will ruin your day. Good luck.

I'm not sure what country you are from or what exactly your rights are but if what you seek is financial freedom you must follow you heart. Success does not come easy but if you have other options that will allow you to live comfortably go for it. Do what you love, love what you do. I'm here in the USA and I often feel what you are describing, but I don't stop dreaming of a better and more financially free life style. Good luck to you.

If you don't have the option to move back to your own country, you should probably find a new job in the country you are now in. Of course, you won't be happy anywhere until you get to know your co-workers and make some friends.
