for your question, i will say that neither islam extremist nor moderators, no one wants to destroy particularly USA or Israel. but they will definitely defend theirselves if they are attacked' annoyed or infuriated. i think self-defence is right given to every one and not to only american or israelists or any other non-muslim.

Israel, yes; USA, no. And for those who try to use 9-11 as an example, do you really believe flying planes into buildings is going to wipe out a nation? Guess what, they don't think so either. The nations of the world were so quick to recognize Israel it threw the entire Arab world into a rage (which is why so many refuse to acknowledge Israel's right to exist) and most have been calling for the "destruction" of Israel ever since.

After the end of the cold war..its important for the US to maintain the hegemonic power..so they need something or some one that can make world populations afraid and still depends on the US..so they pointed that after the end of the cold war..the next threat comes from the Muslim world...that's the idea...well the article was written long before the 9/11attack ..
