My blazer had a two tone white blue looked factory i noticed the saying"you have a nice day" when sanding to paint. The saying was painted on under the white paint in blue on the tail gate centered under the key hole.

Not sure what you mean by you question. Could you elaborate a little?
Was this saying stamped in the metal? or in a layer of paint?
If paint it was probably a company vehicle at some point.
If it's in the steel, No clue. Sorry.

Sounds like a manufacturers painters joke or a message to a coworker. No harm done, though. They both knew it would get covered up with the top coat.
