Actually, I believe there wouldn't be many small businesses in the Black neighborhoods if the Dominicans, Asians and Middle Easterns did not open them.

because some of the blacks dont want to put back in, and the foreigners know where the money is. some blacks want to get out and stay out and dont realize that we could better our neighborhoods. the government is quick to give loans to foreigners than they are the small black business owners and the foreigners know where to put them and to believe it or not even though, there is still lots of money to be made in the neighborhood.they look at the number of people in the neighborhood then whether it is a rich or poor neighborhood. the more the money.

you people should open the business yourself and rip your brothers off before they rip you off or worse shoot you for a lousy $500.00 diollars . Even the chains are pulling out of the ghetto so it is just not foreigners .

well actually, all kinds of people have different places to have businesses. like filipinos in Queens, bangladeshi in brooklyn, etc.

they got the know how to get the money together to get a lease and buy theproducts that will sell
