count from the 1st day u get your period until you get your next, thats how long your cycle is. the best time to be able to get pregnant is when you are ovulating. that is in the middle of your cycle. so if you counted 28 days for your cycle. have sex on the 14th day of your cycle.

i became abnormal too. What worked for me became having sex for all time for the duration of an entire month. in case you could have sex at many differnt situations you're certain to take action for the duration of ovulation. It in ordinary words took 2 weeks. also, attempt telling your husband to not placed on tighty whity's as this would help improve his sperm. good success.

Go get a basal temperature monitor. You temperature will spike when you ovulate, that is the day that you want to have sex to concieve..... it isn't really based on the day you start your period, but rather the day you ovulate, and that can vary.

Ovulation takes place half way through your cycle. The day the Uterine wall collapses is day 1.
