My advice is this.
go see the obgyn that did the D & C.
Get everything checked out.
Make sure nothing is off.

It depends why you had the D & C. I had one when I had a miscarriage and didn't get my period for almost six months. Much like you, I was freaking out too wondering what was going on. So I went back in and was told that when they scrape the lining of your uterous in a d&c, it takes time to build it back up again. More time if you are a small person, which I am and it took about six months for my body to recoop itself. I'd go and get checked just in case, everyone's body is different and you may have some scar tissue from the d&c that built up and isnt' allowing the whole period process to happen. Good luck to you and I sincerely hope it's nothing.

Yes, I had a d&c at the end of Jan. and didn't have a period for 6 mons (halleluiah) and the last couple months have been very very light. I wouldn't worry.
If you are not having periods you might not be ovulating so you might not be able to get pregnant anyway. It depends if you had a depoprovera shot or are on birth control pills now. If you are trying to get pregnant you probably won't.

I would suggest going to the doctor, as you could have elevated hormones that are preventing you from having a normal period or having one at all. I hadn't had a period in 4 months, and I had elevated testosterone, they put me on a higher estrogen BCP and my period came back. It could be caused by many different things, but some of them are in need of a doctors attention, ie cysts syndrome. I suggest checking with your doctor to see if there could be cysts on the any of your female organs, and asking to have your hormone levels checked. Good Luck.

Are you period normal? If they are maybe you need to see a doctor....if you do take a pregnancy test...it is best to take it first thing in the morning...the hormone for the pregnancy is better detected then.....but you still need to call a doctor or your doctor and ask what is going on? Have you been really stressed lately...gained alot of weight or lost a lot of weight?

Well, you should know yourself that the female anatomy is something that, even today, bewilders some of the best doctors and physicians. You should go to your doctor and have it checked out, but I know plenty of women that have the same problem that you do, and most of the time it's because of medication or stress. Just get yourself checked out at the doctors. Hope I could help.

Are you an athlete? Also do you have a history of or are currently anorexic/bullimic? If so, try taking a look into something called the "female athlete triad."
What you're experiencing is called "amenorrhea" or an absence of menstruation.

a D&C is scraping cells in the cervic that have built up over the years causing pain and heavy menstral flow so this procedure when done is scraping all the cells its like starting over again like new and not to have your period and cramps for a couple months is normal

Call your doctor and ask if you need to come in for a follow up the doctor that did the procedure on you. They will advise you on this. I am sorry you are having problems. I hope you are feeling okay.
