because we are not tuned into the fine details. Now if my girlfriend gets something drastic done like cutting off several inches of hair or completely changing the color then yes we will notice. But if she just gets an inch or 2 cut off no way will we notice. Or if she just changes the style unless it is drastic it all looks the same to us. Women should just realize we guys accept them for who they are and not expect us to notice every lil change they make. And if we notice and don't like it and we say something then all heck is gonna break loose, so we just keep our mouths shut of the best of all parties involved. I can just hear a guy saying " wow hun that hair style makes you look 20 lbs heavier" and I can see the claws and fists flying! lol

Guys have different interests then girls. If you want to attract a guy simply seem interested in what he's interested. This will build his respect for you. Please don't start a conversation with a guy then he'll think your pushy and aggressive. The best responce is: Dropping a pencile, prettending to sneaze, or eve's droping on a conversation with out him noticing. Or you could probably be a little more aggressive and wave say Hi! Then Listen and see if he responds back.
If he does thenstart talking about what a guy is interested in.
Guys like sports, news, science, politics, or cars automobels, and usually aren't to emotional.
Guys have testastoron which females have with a much more estrogen. Guys don't have Estrogen they only have Testastoron, and Seronin this makes them assirtive individuals who usually are more thinking oreinted then fealing oreinted.
The key to getting a guy to notice you is to gentle figure a way to get the guys attention.
Then talk about something he's interested in...
Now there is always the exception to the rule.

No, that's not true at all. The guys who do notice are the ones who noticed you in the first place. Many won't feel comfortable saying to you "Oh your hair is different" or whatever, so you might never know they've noticed.

It vary with guys to guys.. I notice even a tiny change in my girl. It is just a matter of attention. The guy who love you will notice everything in you but if you considering all the other guys they notice big changes only..

Because everyone is gay - Kurt Cobain.
The guys are really checking out the other guys, trying to decide when they'll 'take a walk on the wild side'.

Honestly - cause if they love you - they're satisfied with that and aren't caugt up in the little things you do to "improve" youreself.(It takes a while to teach them to comment on new haircuts even if they don't like em.)
If they don't love you - then they aren't wasting time looking at those things. They don't much care.
And if they are just acquaintances - they are just looking to get you in bed, so they aren't looking at or even concerned with your new hair-do.
Men - gotta love how simple they really are. :D

There is no why, it's just the way it is. Want to have some fun with it? Tell him that you changed your hair, and ask him if he likes it better now, or before. Then, just sit back and watch. (cruel, maybe a bit, but funny)
