Coyote (He did too many ploys out of desperation and/or too much desert heat which is maybe why his traps hardly ever worked?) #2 Elmer Fudd (It could've been so easy if he just said screw it and became a vegetarian, he should've known he'd never catch the Michael Jordan of cartoons.) #3 Tom the cat (As crazy as it sounds I believe he's the smartest, especially since ya can't really knock him for doing what comes naturally to a cat--going after the mouse--I think he's the biggest politician of the 3 which gives him the obvious edge... sometimes he partnered with Jerry against new characters, that definitely can't be said about the other 2 of these 3.)

I'd say the brain pool here is already at the shallow end but Willie E Coyote is my favorite 'bigger idoit'! Elmer is merely dense compared to the contraptions & schemes ole Willey comes up with ~ The quite 'plop' from the bottom of the canyon continues to prompt laffs while poor ole Elmer & the cat are just too sad!
