Yes and they do all the time. I live in LA and see "celebrities" all the time. Mostly it is the tourists that bother them. Especially in BH, unless you are paparazzi, people control themselves.

They drive everywhere. They don't tend to hang around in Hollywood.

I was walking once in Beverly Hills (I had a friend living there), and people would peer at me from their windows, and remove their children from their front yards. I got stopped by the BH patrol; they said I was suspicious because I was walking!

that would depend on if they didn't mind being pestered. Some may even be in disguise. One thing they must remember, they chose this line of work. Getting quite the hefty paycheck to be bothered a bit.

i think it depends on how big a star is. If its like, superstar, i think they have to go into disguse or have big bodyguards. But if they're 'less of a star,' sunglasses and a hat will do. but they all wear sunglasses out there, don't they? lol.
