It could be an infection. What do you mean by abnormal sperm?
If your sperm is cloudy with a red tent you have an infection.
The infection most likely due to your prostate gland. Do you have any problems urinating, or a burning sensation? If you have a burning sensation it could also be a UTI infectioin. UTI is most common to the female gender, but us men will get them also.

It could be due to a prostate infection. In that case, they put you on antibiotics for about one month (usually Trimpex) to clear up the infection. My husband had this, and after his infection was cleared up, we got pregnant in two months (after trying for over a year before he went to the doctor).
