the best way is to buy $100 worth of lottery tickets, each with different numbers.
in america, some guy bought $100 of tickets. he didn't pick the numbers. he won millions.

Play every potential combination of numbers. But also note that you would ultimately spend more than you could possibly win.
Also note that the lottery isn't gambling as such - moreso it's an 'idiot tax'...
