As far as stuff in the too-difficult-to-take-more-than-one-year-in-high-school from biology is concerned I have no idea. But, the the simple physics stuff...
The atom is the smallest item in the list. Atoms go together to form molecules. Molecules can go together in organic chemistry to form organic compounds which comprise organelles. Organelles are inside of cells. Cells I think then can form tissues. Tissues into organs and then organisms. I would guess organisms are part of communities which are then part of the bigger populations which inhabit [eco]systems--unless it means like a solar system. And everything is part of the universe.
And, sorry never heard of a biome and can't really place biosphere. But, I have heard of the entire planet earth referred to as the biosphere.
