Human cloning is very possible. Think of clones just like identical twins that aren't the same age.
Pros of cloning. If you have a lot of clones, it's a lot easier to get organ transplants. We could clone the very best people so they can spread there genes all over. You would have a better idea of your genetic defects from your clones health history.
Cons of cloning - You can't narrow down who did crimes using DNA testing. Some people feel it's an invasion of privacy to be cloned. We don't have as rich of a diversity. Your clones all share the same hereditary health problems. If we clone too much, then the gene pool becomes smaller which causes recessive genes to become more common.
I don't know of any country where human cloning is legal.I think that if it was done right, that it can be moral. If it's done wrong it can be very immoral, especially if you do a lot of genetic engineering along with cloning.

Whether ethical, illegal or whatever seems immaterial when you consider that using the nucleus from a somatic cell for cloning is, to say the least, shortsighted. The source DNA code sequence remains the same but during embryonic development, the expression of the genes is adjusted according to the function of the cell (e.g. a brain cell doesn’t express its genes the same way as a skin cell). This is probably the reason why so many clone embryos die or are defective. You won’t hear much about those on the news.
In a broader perspective, natural cloning exists in the form of identical twins. In that case, all embryos go through the complete embryonic phases of development and that process is not completely understood. Therefore, cloning of somatic cells can be useful to research the embryonic development processes but not to create a properly functioning individual just for the sake of showing that it can be done artificially. In short what purpose does it serve to create a completely normal clone by mere chance if you don’t know why it was successful and the other <100% were not? If anything, the latter alone would make it unethical and immoral to do this with humans for a myriad of reasons outside the scope of science.
Note: this has to be differentiated from therapeutic stem cell cloning, which serves a different purpose altogether.

well first and foremost god created us in a very special way that we most of the times refuse to accept that god made us individually special.
Cloning a human being is possible, we have started cloning all various sorts of things such as organ so on and so forth but fully cloning and identical DNA and genes is also possible there is no doubt about it
the side effects of cloning are genes getting more weak thus leading to deterioration of the human body. The clone might and most likely to have bone deficiency because the clones are created not fertilizes they have never been through growth thus the bones will be very weak leading to the clone being wheelchair bound because of gravity pull and the clones do not have enough power to stand up
this also leads to public riot because it goes against all religion to clone because as they say only god has the power to give and take life. this also goes against all the laws of nature, we are created each and everyone specially crafted by god and we have our own individual gifts even twins so why create a duplicate that can do anything that u can do it actually makes u feel less special and less needed
Full body cloning is 100% possible but the question now arising is that will we clone or not?
in my opinion is not to clone due to the possible side effects and that it goes against all religion.

i think there's some scientist who's succeeded in cloning a human already...we just won't know about it. why? because a sheep has been successfully cloned...sheep are complex animals like us (as opposed to a starfish)...and although the clone aged at a faster rate, it was pretty much just like the other sheep.
pro: create spare human parts easily. if ur kidney fails, a clone can be made to give u a kidney u won't reject.
cure certain diseases- leukemia will be really easy to cure. chemo will be given to kill ur entire immune system. then the clone can be used to give u a new immune system.
maybe we could live almost forever. just transplant brains into new clone bodies.
test new medicines/treatments/surgical procedures on headless or brainless clones.
u can have ur clone go through things u might not want to go through, like pregnancy.
maybe a storm troopers phenomena like in star wars...a super army is created (then u wouldn't have to fight in a war)...or a super work force is created (to take the jobs that no one wants to do).
con: ethical mostly- ideas that we may be playing god, the clone has rights
creepy to have an individual with >1 identical person (what if 10 of u were created?)
what if some evil/dangerous person cloned themselves?
what if the wrong people were cloned...like hitler? would the clone behave/develop like hitler?

Theoretically it is possible to clone a human being (although much more difficult than a sheep, like Dolly).
The pros of cloning, in particular THERAPEUTIC cloning, is that you can have stem cells, tissues, and even whole organs to replace damaged or diseased parts. Cloning (in animals only) can also be used in research, especially in genetics.
However, there are drawbacks in cloning. Cloning an entire human being (REPRODUCTIVE cloning) is very controversial for many reasons. Clones are very vulnerable to various diseases and disorders (such as athritis) due to genetic damage in the original host cell. Also, there is the moral and ethical implications for cloning, the "Frankenstien Factor" if you will....clones could be used for unethical reasons (the movies "6th Day" and "The Island" for example).
In my personal view, I support therapeutic cloning (cells and tissues only) with heavy oversight; and that reproductive cloning (creating whole organisms, aka people) should remain illegal.

Since a child was illegally cloned in another country about 5 years ago, yes it's possible. Should we? I am afraid cloning might lead to mixing of genes (yes I know we already do that with veggies) between species-think mermaids-that type mixing. To me that is messing where we have no business.

sure, human cloning is obtainable. execs of human cloning: there fairly are no, no longer any stable ones any way. in line with probability in case you needed to develop your self as a new child, cloning could be sensible...yet which could be only wierd. Cons: it fairly is high priced, and hard, and doubtlessly risky. it fairly is doubtlessly risky in that genetic injury has a tendency to take place while cloning is executed, and so which you run the possibility of coming up a guy or woman who has defects or genetic illnesses. it fairly is not any longer unlawful: there are no rules against it. no longer interior america, anyhow. it fairly is not any longer immoral, the two. i do no longer think of it fairly is totally sensible or sensible, besides the shown fact that it is not immoral. you're able to in all probability study how cloning is fairly carried out in the previous you variety an opinion approximately it; there are various misconceptions approximately it. maximum persons have not got any thought as to what "cloning" fairly is interior the 1st place.

Of course u can clone a human, that's easy, BUT u cant clone a SOUL. If u clone a human, u will end up with a Biological Robot.

as a clone myself, i think it is possible, and the pros are i'm here, the cons are im here (to others) and i'm just gonna clone myself a few more times instead of having kids.

was that child ever substantiated last i heard it was an unverified report, as far as i know an official cloning of a human has not been done but it is theoretically possible
arguments for cloning since they seem to be lacking
if everything god created is good
and god created everything
then god created the ability and knowledge to clone
thus cloning is good
its logic and for the record i am catholic so please do not bash me saying i am godless and what not
