Yes the will still go to jail. They will just go to a female prison and when they go into labor a sheriff or guard will go with them. They will have security. Depending on what they did will determine exactly how drastic it will be. Some women have to let their child go to its father or some of their other famly to take care of tillthey get out if they are. Its really sad but you know the saying you do the crime you do the time!!

AB-SO-LUTE-LY-!!!! A pregnant receives no different treatment,
than any other prisoner. There are always, exceptions (*if there were 'special' needs, that the woman may have, that would be endangering the infant, those 'needs' would have to be met, in the sake of the unborn-child) The baby is NOT always, taken from the mother, at birth. All situations, are different! All states, and institutions, have different policies (*regarding mother-child-bonding, nursing, etc.) In some cases, the child can go 'home' to whatever has been arranged (family members, other children, etc.) Many facilities, have areas, where the new moms can nurse, and care for their newborns, until arrangements can be made, or until they are released. It can be a very sad situation, indeed. But, for 'some' babies, they can find new families, and new lives. I'm very happy though, that there is 'new' light being shown in the area of 'correctional-facilities', that want the mother-child bond to be not only a special time, but, perhaps a time, that the mother can possibly 'turn' her life, around!

Yes. They will have the baby in jail. The child will go to either a relative or Social Services. Depends on the circumstances. Sometimes they wait until the baby is born to send the mother to the penitentiary.

Good night and sweet dreams.

yes they would still be sentenced to jail time. and if she were to go into labour, they have a medical facility on the jail property where the baby would be conceived. i know that they also have an area specially for the prisoners who are mothers. they are allowed to be in that area for the next 2 months after birth and will be allowed to wena their baby on a regular basis from then on. the child will have minimal contact with the mother and after the baby is old enough to milk on formula they will be in custody of the closest living relative until the mother has served her jail term.

yes unfortunately the woman would go to jail, sorry to burst your bubble, however while you are pregnant you will be placed in a protected wing where you can be prego safely, when you give birth you will 1 either have to sign the baby over to the family or social workers will take the baby and place it in a good home.

You bet! Off to jail. Why shoudl they get a break because they are prego? Once born the baby is put into foster care untill she gets out. If for a life sentance then adoption may happen

Yes, she still murdered someone.
She would deliver her baby in jail and it would get put in the system if no one else, like the dad, was there to take the baby.

They ended up in some hollow on a returned highway. With a quack looking after them. Many ended up in a wellness facility or died. in the event that they have been caught they ended up in detention center. i might desire to confess I even have blended emotion approximately Roe VS Wade. some women do no longer take the pill or the different start administration. on the same time as different % this provider for different reason like it a wellness reason.

Yes she would go to jail, but i guess she will be given a monthly pass to go out "guarded" for her check-ups and delivery.

But if she murders in defense of herself and the baby, then she will not go to jail.

Yes, she then gives birth in a prison hospital and the baby is immediately taken into custody or given to another guardian in the family.
