I had a pal in Rochester and it wasn't a nasty city. If something, I beloved it. It felt more desirable mid-western than lengthy island State. even with the undeniable fact that no longer as undesirable this years as years previous, the lake outcome snow might want to be the aspect that keeps me faraway from residing there. except that i assumed it became a sensible city.

It is nice in the spring, summer and fall. It is a harsh mistress in the winter, like all Upstate NY cities. Smart people, many friends made there. Haven't been there in years.

It's close enough to Niagara Falls. And there is Kodak. You'll never run out of film.

No, but I have a friend who works in a hospital there and she likes it a lot. :-) I've been close but never to the city.

Yep, about 20 years ago, visiting family.
I liked it, but it was also my first trip to the US, so nothing much to compare at that time.

Yes, some relatives of mine live there. It is much like any town with grocery stores, walmart, mcdonalds and a mall.
