also check out radioparadise.com. they play a lot of all of those bands.

Check out 'zero 7' 'theivary corporation' and 'portishead' all really good bands along the same lines as Air.

Try www.missinglink.com.au and look under the "Ambient" section. They have heaps of those sort of laid back electro groups, many of which sound a lot like the wonderful Moon Safari.
