Return of the Jedi, but the Revenge of the Sith had some of the funniest scenes in any movie.

Honestly, I really am impressed with the "original" SW episode 4: "A New Hope". Filmed in 1977, movie special effects (aside those in 2001: A Space Odyssey), were lame and limited to near "B" movie status. George Lucas and Richard Dykstra both changed all that.
To this day, I can remember walking down that theater aisle, as the opening sequence unfolded---and stood amazed speechless as I saw the 'Corvette' cruiser try vainly to out run the HUGE Imperial battle cruiser.
Dykstra set high special effects standards back then, basically inventing new effects with each film production day, and the SW team's first film efforts really paid off.
Sure, we can easily re-create ALL those special effects today w/ NO sweat, but back then.....it was akin to pulling rabbits out of a hat--and was no small effort, either.

before each little thing the unique Anakin became depending on the guy less than the mask. with out all the scars. it is the guy you spot on the right of ROTJ even as Luke sees the three. next. the reason he made 4-6 first became that he had a lot higher plans for a million-3 even with the undeniable fact that the technologies he had to make a million-3 wasnt there on the time to make what he had planned. In 1983 he wrote scripts for a million-3 and they'd an excellent type of variations: the conflict between Obi-wan and Anakin takes position on the beggining of the action picture over an priceless crystal, really of on the right . purely to call one so that you'll answer your question, it became technologies for the type of action picture that made 4-6 come first.

I never liked star wars at all, but ravenge of the sith was delicious. Even though the Anakin Skywalkers' acting was too melodramatic, it had a touching storyline, epic battles, and just an unimagineable ending. I never watched the other star wars either, but i just enjoyed this so much.
