i would want to be my son. i came from an abusive home where i was uncertain from day to day if i was loved or appreciated. my son is in a home where he has NEVER had to question either. i would love to know how i would have developed into adulthood with that type of emotional security.
i feel good about my son's future because i know his roots are strong and stable. this may not ensure success but at least he never has to live a day in the world of agony that was so familiar to me.

I thought it was very cool that so many people said they would come back as themselves, because they would know what mistakes not to make a second time around. I think I like the island native answer: modest home, good friends, easy rhythm of life. Yeah, I'm going with mobile minatures lifestyle. Sounds perfect!

A south pacific islander who had no notion of wealth or power, who had a good wife, took just what he needed from the sea every day and really could take his time to live his life, instead of the hustle-bustle, red light running maniacs we have all become...
A quaint, modest home by the shore...friends, real friends...a simpler, more laid back lifestyle...A true sense of peace of mind, and the biggest menace would be the occasional storms...
