you "worry" because you think that you are pregnant...
then results came that you are pregnant..
you "panic" because you don't know what to do and who the father is...

According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary

Worry is define as a : mental distress or agitation resulting from concern usually for something impending or anticipated : ANXIETY b : an instance or occurrence of such distress or agitation

While

Panic is define as 1 a : a sudden overpowering fright; also : acute extreme anxiety b : a sudden unreasoning terror often accompanied by mass flight c : a sudden widespread fright concerning financial affairs that results in a depression of values caused by extreme measures for protection of property (as securities)

Worry = you sit in the couch, and brood over(not ready to act)

Panic = You are running like 'chicken w/the head cut off", not knowing what to do. Because you are overwhelmed with emotions or nervous energy.

Your car might run out of fuel, so you need to save some money, you worry. Your car ran out of fuel in the Expressway, to meet your Hot date, You Panic !!!!

Worry is a nervous concern for others or yourself. Panic is a startled repsonse to a situation. Panic often involves adrenaline, whereas too much worrying often involves an ulcer. XP
