i have missed my period,has been 7 days and on the 27th it will be a hole month sents my last period,i have taken 2test and all came back neg,i have 2kids and me and my husband has been trying for 1month for our 3rd

Most tests can be taken anytime of day, although the hormone is most detectable using the first urine of the day (recommended when testing before a missed period). Given you are a month late, the hormone level would be VERY high and could likely be detected anytime.

When you take HPT... remember that not every pregnancy is going to be the same. My friend has two kids... and she KNEW that she was pregnant... but she didn't get a positive until 6 weeks into the pregnancy (for both). Wait until 5 days after your missed period and take another HPT... or go to the doctor to get a test done by blood. Good luck!!

The best time is in the morning, but if it has been over a week since you missed your period, the test would have showed a positive result no matter when you took it.

By now a pregnancy test should show up a positive if you are pregnant,unless for some reason your hcg is not showing on the test,you may want to get a blood pregnancy test done.

it took me over a month to show on a pg test and it still had faded lines
