How to copy- paste:

1. you select an image
2. Hold down the ctrl
3. carefully while holding press the c button
4. deselect
5. put your cursor where you wish to insert the image
6. hold down the ctrl button
7. while holding pres the v button

How to insert images into boards:

1. find the link for the image you want.
2. if it doesn't have a link, uploadit up to a site like webshots or photobucket
3. copy paste the link into this code:[IMG]IMAGE URL GOES HERE[/IMG]
or if its in html:
