My Nokia 6670 is switching off on its own. No virus is found. Whenever I approach a service centre, he just reloading the softwares.But the problem is not solved. Please advice

here are the few steps
1) get ur battery checked for the proper backup
2) get ur phone hard formatted and OS reflashed from nokia pple.
3) get ur motherboard inspected from nokia for proper power connections on the motherboard.

Remove the battery from the handset and then set it again completely. This may be able to solve your problem.

u change ur battery are ur battery to different mobile but same model
