locate out the place the water is coming from. do this first. The wall is rotting away. what's on the different edge of the wall? the bathing room or the exterior? if it fairly is the bathing room, then the plumbing is leaking and desires fixing pronto. if it fairly is the exterior then the outer masking(siding, plaster, stucco is cracked and leaking water into the insulation and into the residing house. fix it first. do no longer forget approximately approximately. that's what makes the residing house chilly. utilising paint will do no longer something via fact the paint will peel off while there is water at the back of it. suited to go away the paint off till you fix the leak. no be counted if that's a window - fix it as water is getting previous from the exterior. mould will reason you to coach right into a mushroom.

There are several brands out now. But if you get a fabric medium you can use any type of craft acrylic like plaid or delta.
Jacquard makes fabric specific paint.
