File a police report. Press charges! The statute of limitations is probably still valid since it happened two years ago. Your daughter deserves some justice and that means jail time for your ex.
You can still pray for him but he needs an awakening. Who else will be his victim or perhaps there are others he has molested?
Take some legal action now!

I am so, so very sorry for you. I was molested by my step-father and his father beginning when I was 4 until I was 14. I'm only telling you this to let you know that victims can and do survive. I personally don't pray for my abusers, but take comfort in the knowledge that their judgement day will come. God bless you for getting your daughter counselling. When a child is believed it makes her chances for recovery that much better. As for your ex, let God and the authorities take care of him. And get some counselling for yourself, if you haven't already. You're a victim, too. You will someday gather strength from watching your daughter blossom and thrive despite what this monster did to her. Growing up to be a beautiful, strong, successful, happy woman will be her greatest revenge. I'll pray for you both tonight.

Didnt she call the police and toddlers centers??? I communicate for many human beings once I say that if somebody molested my youngster i might call the law enforcement officers and characteristic the monster put in penitentiary: for starters. Get an criminal expert asap. tell the atty each and every thing. He/she would be able to document papers to get you visitation. Be warned that if she is going to proceed on, she will have the means to post a huge fuss at that factor. additionally communicate with your atty approximately your thoughts...which incorporate annoying during the court docket that the youngster be examined for signs and indications of molestation. Take a polygraph attempt (fee varies $seven-hundred-1500). finally, lower back **dont make a pass without an atty**, yet you may desire to call kin centers and tell them that the area and tell them that in spite of the undeniable fact which you didnt do it, you like your little woman examined and determine she wasnt touched via all and sundry. the actuality does come out. it may take a at the same time as even though it rather is going to. in basic terms an FYI, molesters can and often do get their little ones lower back. they frequently could pass via their punishmnet (penitentiary or although), then counseling, then supervised visits, and at last unsupervised, then unsupervised overnights. Welcome to united states of america of america......

You have to be 100% on this allegation.Make sure the child's statements are true and consistent. Two sessions with the child is not enough for evidence. Seek advice from attorney in law.

Pursue this. Sexual offenders have just about the highest rate of repeat offenses of any criminals, and if he hasn't victimized ANOTHER poor girl yet there's a very good chance he will.
Make sure the proper authorities are notified. The counsellor has probably taken care of the reporting, but make sure.

Pray for him, that you do not find him, before he does something like this again!!!
Please contact a lawyer, or your local community resources at once! You can press CRIMINAL charges against him IF you have PROOF. You could put him away for a long time! THIS IS A CRIME!!!
Give your daughter every ounce of support and love that you have, because she will need it. She needs to know, RIGHT NOW, that it is not her fault, that you believe her, and that you know that she is not "making it up".
Sorry I don't have a reference or website to give you, but please look into it...!!

Yes, you have to do something. People that do things like that need to reported, and punished for what they have done. I'd kill him for ya, because i think that's what they deserve but you don't want to go that route. He must be reported because this may be just the tip of the iceberg, and if nothing goes on, he will probably do it to someone else's child.

Your daughter needs you to be her champion now more than ever. Even though your anger toward him may be satisfied it could be even more damaging to your daughter. Support her in therapy and educate yourself so that you can help your daughter and help others if you spot the signs.
***I forgot to include - I heartily agree that filing charges and sending him through the legal system is also very important to keep him from getting to other girls.***
