If it is a valuable motorcycle there is only one reliable shipper to trust. FedEx. They have options besides air freight that won't cost as much also. Call 1-800- GOFEDEX. If you use the right method to ship it, they will even guarantee it.

Is your motorcycle the best kind for riding in Dubai? I would have thought that conditions there could be hard on a nice bike. For the cost of shipping you might buy an XT500 in Dubai, use it while you are there and then sell again.
Also, isn't Dubai tax-free? Most people buy things there to bring home.

Either rent a cargo container, or space in a shared one. It'll go on ship straight to the port.
