Remove your nails. Just kidding.
Try some of the bad flavored polishes. That might work. You can also make a deal with a friend to give them a dollar whenever they discover you have been biting your nails.

I have the same problem.
Sigh.
I used a nail products from Sally Hansen (can't remember the name now) to stop me from biting. It tasted awful, but it worked. I have pretty nails now. Hehe.
another way to stop biting. Keep your nails real short.

Either trim them short so you CAN'T bite them, or visit your local drugstore for information on a habit-stopping clear polish. Also, chew sugar-free gum when you feel like biting your nails- It will take away your nervous energy.
Good Luck & Best Wishes!

I know how you feel and it sucks! I used to do the same thing. I got nervous or ticked off and i would chomp away. Heres what helped me. Nail no bite, jessica nail no bite. Put them on your nails. They taste soooooo icky. but 1st put a strengthner on as a base coat. Then apply the icky tasting stuff...Do this every other day. You learn quick not to put them nails in your mouth!

i think there is a special nail polish out there that you can buy that helps break the habit. You can probably buy it at any drug store. I'm in the same boat as you, I usually use self-control to stop my biting habit.

Try manicures! If you have to pay to have nice nails then maybe you will be less likely to eat them! Dr. Phil says it takes three weeks to "create" (or replace) a habit. Try getting really expensive frilly manicures for a month and hopefully you will have de-programmed yourself from the need to self cannibalize (in a way...) by the end.

This is Bad Habit you have to fight with it. I am having same problem. I have told my near and dear one to slap me hard if you find me eating nails. I got 2 hard slaps from my co-workers. I helped me a lot. I have 2 mm long nails now....

i used to have that problem, go to your local drug store, they most likely have this clear, "nail polish" type stuff... it doesnt smell and you cant see it, but your nails will taste horrible and youll stop biting your nails/
