i've seen him once in yahoo answers pets, but thats it. if he's so famous, why is he so concealed to himself?

I believe Chetco is a she, but I guess I could be wrong.
Many of us here would rather not have our "real" identity known. I protect my identity for several reasons, and one of those is to protect my dogs. Those of us with show dogs tend to be a little wary of advertising our where abouts, but my rescue dogs are actually the ones in more danger(pit bulls are very often stolen, and rarely by people who want to give them loving homes)
I have also given some information on my children(to back up points I made) and other family members.
Chetco gives very accurate and detailed answers, I definitely feel her experience is real!

I fairly have considered Chetco answer some questions. i think she (i think of) grow to be a member via fact the this section opened. i'm going to have one or 2, will take a glance. For the checklist, Chetco earned their spot, unlike somebody else on the board.

What is chetco? I haven't seen it. if you talking about the person who answers pets stuff look under pets i think i seen it
