I like the heeled thongs that have about 2-3 cm of heel. They're pretty sexy with shorts or minis in the summer. Are you in Australia, they were really popular here last summer.

High heeled flip flops usually come with lower heels for a reason. When you wear very high heels, the angle causes your foot to push forward. If you wear very high heels that have a thong front, the piece between your toes will shove into that area and cause serious pain and cuts. I do not recommend it at all. It's painful just describing it.
