In order to get your net wages annually you have to know how many dependants you are claiming and if your married or single and in which state you live in. Once, you have all these answers you could go on the website to figure out your net pay annually and divide it by 52 weeks to get your weekly income.

Take the annual salary and divide it by number of paychecks issued in a year....
If it is exactly bi-weekly, divide it by 26. If they meant twice a months, then devide it by 24.
Of course, you will be deducted of taxes, 401k (if you contribute) and whatever-else.

Divide by about 26 to get your bi-weekly gross. Then account for taxes, which you have to estimate out. State taxes vary, and Federal vary by what you make.
