Depending how old the student is. If the student is under age you need to report it to the police that is child molestation if they are under the age of 18. If she is a college teacher just let her go she is not worth it. There are so many other women out there that are faithful and are willing to love you the way you want to be loved. Life is short why waste your time with a cheater.

How old is the student? If this is someone under 18 and then your wife is participating in statutory rape and if you know and you don't say anything, the state could wind up with custody of your 3yr old cause you both will be in jail.
