You know, I like hard challenging questions and yours is one of them. I like to express what I blelieve is right, and ideal. If you want to, you can label me as an idealist. Here we go:
If I have only one but truly one choice, I would pick the latter. But if I can wait around to make better choice then, ideally, I would prefer someone who loves you for who you are as well as who can satisfy you. This is asking for too much sometimes. I think things like the ideal, do sometimes, come around and we just don't know about it or failed to see or notice it.

Although your heart may be with one, you can not truly be happy for a lifetime if you are not loved back. It will become old to you.
You do not say if you care for the one that loves you unconditionally.
If you care for that person then it is possible to be more satisfied because they care for you also.
If you don't care for that person, then it will become just as hollow as you loving someone that doesn't love you back.
It is human nature to need love and to give love. But it is important to make sure you love yourself fully and not sacrifice who you are and what you want.

To quote the great and powerful Wizard of Oz, "Remember, my dear, it is not how much you have loved others but how much others have loved you."
