Im haveing a period every 2 weeks since I got off of my BC pills 3mos. ago. Im going to my doctor tomorrow to fix this problem. if my doctor were to give me provera (not depo-provera) to regulate my periods, can my husband and I keep trying to get pregnant this month. Will provera keep me from getting pregnant any time soon???

No, Provera wont keep you from getting pregnant. It helps regulate your periods so you can ovulate each month. If your wanting to get pregnant asap tell your Dr you want to be put on CLOMID, it triples your chances of getting prego in the first 3 months. Infact, if your not pregnant in 3 months, they take you off of it.

NO, NO, NO!!! According to my book "The Women's Pharmacy" Provera is extremely dangerous to a developing baby!!

Pretty much I'd say yes but use other birth control just to be safe Enjoy the hot sex
