What you could do is use the existing clothes as patterns and add a little fabric to the edges for a seam allowance so that when you sew them up they are the same size as what you need. skirts are easy as you can do a basic pencil skirt with an elastic waist, you can make sarongs too easily with some light fabrics. You can do wrap around skirts also. Tunic tops are fairly easy as well. Maybe peasant or baby doll tops. You can dress these up with appliques, fine stitching, sequin or beads or even fabric paint. If you can find barbie patterns you can adapt them to size or look for human patterns to give you basic construction information. Try making the pattern from a paper first and see if it will work. Good luck.

try freecycle.com. It will have a local site. I give stuff away for free all the time on it. Check it out, it's pretty cool. You can post: In need of Bratz toys or accessories. You will probably get a response. There is also cheapcycle.com.

Can you make your own patterns? Take one of her dolls and some material from something that youdont wear anymore. Take newspaper or a paper bag and lay the doll down. draw around the doll and be able to visualize how you would like the outfit to be styled. That might work.:-)

if you can sew you dont need a pattern, you can freestyle it. take an old outfit she has and use it for dimensions and create something new! it cant be that hard i sew myself, and it will use hardly any material. at least you could make a couple of purses. that is the first thing i started sewing which got me into sewing alot of other things for myself like skirts and dresses. i used jean material. it is very fashionable. good luck.
