Depend on your agruement. I'm going to asume that it was big. If it was.. and they put you down and treated youbadly, I don't think she deserves to have you as a friend... I know its hard but do it.. or if not.. then just talk to her about it.. But if shes not returning your calls then its clear that shes not in the mood to be talking with you. And if this was a small arguement then, just let her cool off, stop calling, and then talk to her at school about it. Let her come to you. Make her need your advice. It works with me. Just TALK about your arguement and what happend.. make sure that both of you apologize, and it will be fine. Hope I've helped. Good luck.
God bless.
P.S. Even if it was a big fight don't worry.. you guys can still be friends.. it just might take time.

That wasn't WRONG of you, but it may have been a little thoughtless, maybe because you were just struggling what to do so you couldn't think straight...
You see, you can't just be friends at school then when school is over, you pretend your total strangers that would be very awkward and uncomfortable for BOTH of you...
I had a similar problem with my friend, we were the BEST BEST BEST OF "BEST-EST FRIENDS FOREVER" we were TOTAL bffs we mailed each other every day and when we got our reply mails, we didn't waste a time we always posted stickers on the envelope and call each other aboout 3 times each day we were practically sisters.
but one day when we were beginning 4th grade(i'm going on to 7th grade this year), she started ignoring me, then it seemed like she was actually AVOIDING me!
but it turns out that she found her new friends and i found mine and its perfectly normal you shouldn't worry about it =)

If you feel like the only time you can talk to your so called friend is in school and that this one fight ruined your friendship then maybe you guys weren't really friends if you work so well together then refer to her as an associate

I think you should apologize and try to get along. You don't have to be "best buds", you can just be casual friends
If you work really well together in school, then do so. It doesn't mean you have to be constant companions for pete's sake.
