If you are serious about not having your baby, please seek medical attention immediately. It is NOT EVER advisable to over dose on any medication, no matter what that medication is. Tylenol is generally safe if used as directed, but it has been known to cause liver damage, especially with regular use.
If you are asking because you are wanting to know if it is safe to use, it is best to ask a pharmacist or your doctor. Every persons situation is different, and your situation may affect whether or not it is safe.
For those of you answering questions concerning medicine, know that it is ill advisable to give such advice, even home remedies. I work in a pharmacy and even I'm not allowed to give advice. It is not just because I am worried about a lawsuit, but because I am worried about the damage my advice might cause.
It is nice to want to help, but these people went to college to train to understand completely the advice they can give. Even then, they sometimes get it wrong, so please, if you have questions concerning medicine, or health care, please seek medical professional's advice, not the advice of someone you have no idea the credentials of.

Well, if you take 10 tylenol a day for a month, you are more prone to liver damage than anything.
Instead of having a miscarrige, you will be on the waiting list for a liver transplant
What a way to spend your summer vacation huh?
Laying on a table with your chest cut from your neck down to your waist and your ribs split wide open so they can cut out and sew in a new liver.
then you get to take all kinds of fun anti -rejection drugs to make sure your body accepts your new liver.
Like the commercial says "Stop,Think"

Tylenol, if taken in the recommended dose is generally safe during pregnancy. Taking too much can damage your liver and kidneys, but I have never heard of it causing a miscarriage. Your OB/GYN will have a list of medications that are safe to take during pregnancy, so don't rely on a friend that has no medical training! And actually the lady below is incorrect. Prescription painkillers are generally safe during pregnancy. I had to take percocet during my pregnancy for migraines and it was prescribed by my OB/GYN.

I don't know about taking 10 tylenal a day, but why would you want to kill your innocent unborn child?? If you're not ready for a kid yet, use protection or better yet, don't have sex! Better safe than sorry!

Tylenol is the Only medicine that pregnant people are allowed to take. we cant take any other medicine for pain but Tylenol. so i would have to say no its not true. but taking 10 is more than the recommend amount. so that would mean that you would be taking an overdose. you'll just get a trip to the hospital to get your stomach pumped. you might end up killing the baby but i doubt it. anyways it wouldn't be worth risking your life over it cause you CAN DIE from an overdose.
