I had to go over this question a few times to try to get the meaning, which was hard with the terrible grammar used. What exactly do you mean more powerful than a ghost? Ghosts, which are imaginary to begin with, supposedly can't do anything - they just pass through real world objects. Therefore, everybody is more powerful than a ghost so why single out Bill Gates? I guess you're trying to say that if Bill Gates has so much money, ... wait... no this question makes absolutely no sense at all. My brain hurts.
