You will need to do a combination of Latin American styles and bellydancing.
It involves lots of practise to isolate certain body parts so that you don't move the others at the same time. Just start little by little and then you will eventually get a sharper movement.
In terms of Latin styles, I would try a mix of Brazillian Samba (Batucada) with salsa and some of the newer reggaeton moves (which are just mixes from everywhere!).
For bellydance, there are many styles, but I would find something quite conservative (less tribal).
Then it is up to you to mix and match :-)

i can do it i just began with my hands on both sides than i took them off and now i do it perfectly or so i been told!
