like we say here hons hy its daveey, and, stevvie, if only people would just sit downe and hammer things out, face too face, real, calm, like we are all adults here in a very very difficul;t crazy animal society, the art of peacful conversation flew out the window a long time ago there hons, instead of fling dishes in the air or pulling out switch blades, why arent either side just listenn to each others sides, are we crazy for thinking this way?? this is the way, we have made it threw our gay relationship in the last 5 years hons we have a very very solidd true gay loving relationshiopp, built on trust and respect ans a solidd commitment, etc, its not easy for men too discuss certainthings hey we know that we have ben there done that okay but there has too be some sense in a relationshipp, just sit downe with eeach other try tal;k it out etcv!!

Are you talking about if you have a fight and comprise it out so you understand each other? Because thats good that you come to a decision on it. But really depends on what the subject matter is about. If it is something really serious to you and he doesn't even care to discuss it then that is a real problem or vice versa. Compromises are good but not all the time if there is a valid point in there.

Yes! it is really a good idea to read and learn as much about people and their culture as possibly and remember we cannot judge people based solely on our culture. Keep a open mind and look at how people treat you and others.

I think we don't need to forget our differences, either between diff., cultures, races, and even gender differences,..i think we need to understand if we can? and accept the facts..there are many differences between us all. but we can grow and learn in acceptance,...as well as Know !! there are more things that bind us together, and we share in common.

in my opinion, it's "humble yourself". once you walk a mile in another person's shoes - it's the beginning of understanding our differences.
