In order to acheive some spiritual development, is it nesessory to to be like God.?

no god - no purpose. It is as simple as that.

Well, everyone is a god!
So, what is our purpose? Each one thinks he/ she has own purpose, still there is a universal/ social mind and purpose that guide us all!

We have all come from God---
(doesn't the bible say we were created in his image?)

And once our souls have learned what they need to learn we can again return to God(to become a part of him again)

No, we should not try to become God to develop spritually, we should try to be servant of God.
