I have a Motorola slvr and it keep on giving me this error, can you help?

the error says "Request denied by phone(Requested entity too larger (0x4D)" it cant be too large because i have 1 song in there and it is way larger than any? i still have 120mb left.. its fuggin pissing me off

Try to check the momory left again, if this not work try to call the dealer.
