Why is the white man responsible for all problems plaguing other races?

Even though most white people got over racism long ago, the other races won't let it go because they want some one else to blame when they fail instead of looking in the mirror at the real reason they failed.

Because some people know,alot of white people look down on other races and sometimes they are responsible for all the problems.Only the racist ones though,becuase my boo Paul Walker ain't got nothing to do with that bull
