Cramps, outrageous? Take a calcium supplement.
Big flow? go to the Dr. the pill may help.
Irregular? Get on the pill to regulate.
Extra tired? Take a muti-vitamin with iron.
Anything else, you need to be more specific, 'cause that's all the symptoms I can think of.

For cramps get those Thermal stick on pads.
Take Midol.

It is every 28 days.
It lasts from 3 - 7 days.

If you get pregnant it will stop.

How about asking your P.E. Teacher or Health teacher, or a counselor at school. Any adult at school will help you if you just tell them you need to talk to them about something that is personal to you. Good Luck.

All the other answers here are good. I will just add, if you are worried about the first day of school and maybe a leak. wear a tampon and a ligth full coverage pad and you will be good to go.

Eat lots of Ice cream and chocolate. just not lots of salty foods cuz it will make you more bloated.

what kinda help??? buy tampons or pads and use em. for cramps and pms use mydol. hope this helps
