Here in Toronto, we have many, many desert cafes. Some of the places are expensive. Last year, my sis and i stopped off for two pieces of cake, and two coffees. It cost 25 bucks. Well worth it though, the cake was just so intense with flavour. It was rich coconut, with dreamy butter icing.

Sometimes high end restaurants will have a chocolate buffet featuring only chocolate-flavored great desserts (Hyatt at Tampa Bay for one). There is also a restaurant (whose name I just forgot) in the Boston theater district that serves only desserts. Try looking on the web if no one else can name it.
