you can do squats to make it rounder and goin up stairs and swimmin somebody told me that on here i asked the same thing another thing is lunges

Get you jogging shoes and start jogging.
BUT--- BUT --- If you are really interested the try YOGA.
It does help alot as long as you practice it properly.
