How to enable it from the BIOS ?

It should be enabled by default. Just search thru the menu options and you'll eventually find it. There aren't that many to search through.

I assume you can access the BIOS screens?
I don't have that particular motherboard but most I've seen, you go under "devices" or "PCI" and you can set PCI or AGP or onboard.
If you added a video card and this motherboard has an onboard card then pick PCI or AGP. If it's a PCI card make sure you put it in the first PCI slot (slot 0 - usually the top one).

You may only have the option "Onboard Video: primary/secondary"
In that case choose "secondary" or "PCI/AGP" if available.
