How sick are some members of the human race?

I've just been looking at pictures of two dead golden eagles
in Scotland. These are magnificent birds. They had been poisoned. What type of evil, sick mentality would you have to have to do such a thing?

I've often watched the original osprey nest site at Boat of Garten and they too (fish eagles) are lovely creatures when collecting fish from the loch.Wish I were there now. Throwing "Sock it to you" into the loch for his stupid comments would be great fun. I've looked at his other questions and he's the weirdo, A Disgrace to Yahoo! Answers.

incongru, unfortunately you're correct when you say some keepers lay down poison. Personally I'd make them eat it!!

Sock It To You is a jerk.
Yeah, there are more important things going on in the world, but "stupid birds" are just as much a part of this world as human beings. It's his kind of complete ignorance, arrogance, stupidity, selfishness and avarice that proves how much more intelligent and worthy the animal kingdom is to this planet.
We were supposed to be stewards over the Earth, including all plants and animals. Instead, we seem to believe that we're the superior species; "Sock It To You" is living proof that we're are, indeed, among the most inferior. -RKO-

The study led by a Harvard Medical School researcher, found evidence of mental problems in 26.4% of people in the United States, versus, for example, 8.2% of people in Italy, Serbia 23%, Croatia 21.8 %, Bosnia 2.9%, Germany 8.1%, Islamic world 3.2%, etc. The researchers were concerned with matters such as lack of access to treatment and under-treatment, but for those concerned about a safe and decent world, I think the salient finding is simply America's high percentage. The world is being led by a nation where more than one-quarter of the people have genuine mental problems.

The finding is strangely both comforting and disturbing.
It is comforting because it helps explain why Americans continue supporting a man proven wrong every time he opens his mouth, a man who has de-stabilised parts of the world in the name of creating stability, a man claiming sound business principles who has pitched the United States into deficit free-fall, and a man who arouses suspicion and fear throughout the world.

There is a genetic flaw in the Human species.

The only thing that will change over time is the tools we use to kill each other.

I'm quite troubled by a reply here Eagles [or any bird for that matter ] are not stupid ..the only stupid creatures are humans following their even more stupid leaders into senseless wars

still the fact that something so deliberately cruel happens ..as in this case [winged creatures ] shocks me ... how sick? you asked ..that I don't know .. but I sure hope it could be cured ..

We all know the keepers hate birds of prey. They are under pressure to provide "sport" for the toffs so they poison wild birds. Otherwise the wild birds would eat the "game".

Nice to meet with you again - sometimes you are too hard on me. However, on this I totally agree - my boyfriend who sometimes works on a big estate in Scotland, knows where to find Ospreys and would never tell me or anyone where!! I value you questions and answers CHEERS xx

well i just realized ur answer on the schools in the united kingdom, and i am only 13, and dont pay attention to any thing like that. if i were to want to come into ur homeland, u wouldnt have any control over it!! but anyways, to answer ur question. only idiots kill these birds. its really crucial, and very gruesome.

Its pretty sick but i must admit there are a few worse things going on in the world. I think calling someone scum because they dont share your view is a bit childish and sadly its sick too.
