Verizon....is yanking my chain. My cell phone died, and even though they have been taking my $6 every month for insurance coverage, they refuse to replace my phone, because they don't make my model anymore. Why have they been taking my money, if my phone isn't covered by their insurance policy? They refuse to help me! Anyone else have problems with Verizon?

Figure out if you use ashurian (sp?) or lockline for the insurance (ask a VZW rep, they'll let you know) and deal directly with the insurance company. It'll take a day or three for you to get your phone, and it may be an equivalent model instead of your exact model, but they will get you something.

Verizon Wireless sucks. You can't talk to anyone who can explain where certain charges some from. They can only tell you what you already know. I have nothing good to say about Verizon.

Through Asurion, the provider of your insurance, if they don't have your model, you get a phone of like quality. (Camera, mp3, tri-mode). They can't not send you a phone. I'm curious what phone model is giving you that kind of problem. If you want to, e-mail me and I'll try to help.

I'm had really good service with Verizon, but haven't had an equipmen t problem yet.
Will they replace your phone with another model?

and even if they had the phone it would cost you like fifty bucks my sister had trouble with them before over the same thing. And I have dsl with them and if it looks like rain u cant get online
