It depends on the "R-value" being used, usually R-11 or R-13 in the exterior walls and "R-19 to "R-30" in the ceilings.
The cost depends on the "R-value" being used, labor is usually about the same, maybe a little more for the higher "R-value."
Your painting cost should be about $.50 per square foot, a little more for the ceilings.
What about tape and bedding, are you forgetting about that, or is that what you do?
