How much would you pay for a mid 70's (preamp recently professionally rebuilt) Sunn Beta Lead guitar amp?

I've had the Sunn for around 4 years, the head is enclosed in a 2x12 cab but is easily removed and can power two 4x12's. Solid State circuitry lasts around thirty years so of course as soon as I bought it, it was time to be redone. It's a pretty rare amp and the same amp was used by Kurt Cobain, so I believe this would add to it's collectibility. could I expect to get $500 or more?

Ebay is actually a good place to get market value for things.

Anything is possible, but I'd guess closer to $200-250.
