Adapter for Laptop to Use PCI POST card?

A PCI POST card does POST diagonstic tests on a Desktop. It is inserted in a PCI slot. Anyone knows if there is an adapter whereby this PCI card can be used on a laptop/notebook?

There is no such thing, otherwise there would be no Micro PCI for laptops.
